After you create a reseller account in Veeam Service Provider Console, you must provide to the reseller the user name and password of the Service Provider Global Administrator. To do this, you can either send a welcome email message, or share the credentials in any other convenient way. For details on sending a welcome email message, see Sending Welcome Email Message.
