Step 1. Launch Database Restore Wizard

To launch the Cloud Spanner Database Restore wizard, do the following:

Navigate to Protected Data > Cloud Spanner.
Select the Cloud Spanner instance whose databases you want to restore, and click Restore > Database Restore.
