Restoring Amazon VPC Configurations
In this article
Veeam Backup & Replication allows you to restore an entire VPC configuration from a backup. For more information on how entire VPC configuration restore works, see Performing Entire Configuration Restore section in Veeam Backup for AWS User Guide.
Important |
VPC configuration restore is available only if you logged into the Veeam Backup & Replication console using the account with the Veeam Backup Administrator role. For more information on roles, see the Roles and Users section in the Veeam Backup & Replication User Guide. |
To restore a VPC configuration, do the following:
- Launch the VPC Restore wizard. To do that, open the Home view and navigate to the Backups > External Repository node in the inventory pane. In the working area, select the AWS Region for which you want to restore the VPC configuration. On the ribbon, click Amazon VPC.
- Complete the wizard as described in the VPC Configuration Restore section in the Veeam Backup for AWS User Guide.
