A chargeback notification is an email message with an attached chargeback report sent to a client. The following image illustrates how a chargeback notification looks like.
Only the Department Owner can receive chargeback notifications. The Department Owner in the user profile can specify an email address at which chargeback notifications must be sent. For details, see Modifying Own User Profile.
