Deployment
Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 in the AWS environment comes as an image of a Windows-based EC2 instance that you can deploy within an AWS CloudFormation stack. For details on how to create a CloudFormation stack with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, see Deploying Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 from AWS Marketplace.
Deployment of the Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 instance in the AWS environment takes approximately 5 minutes. Additional time may be required before the password used to connect to the instance over RDP is generated.
After the deployment process is completed, perform the steps listed in the After You Install section to start working with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
