SureBackup Application Groups

SureBackup Application Groups Note:

SureBackup requires Enterprise or Enterprise Plus, Veeam Universal License product edition.

You can use the cmdlet in this topic to perform the following operations.

Creates VMware application groups for SureBackup jobs.

Returns VMware and Hyper-V application groups.

Modifies settings of application groups.

Remove-VBRApplicationGroup

Removes application groups from the Veeam Backup & Replication infrastructure.

New-VBRSureBackupVM

Defines VMs to add to application groups.

Set-VBRSureBackupVM

Modifies settings of VMs to add to application groups.

New-VBRSureBackupStartupOptions

Defines startup settings for VMs.

Set-VBRSureBackupStartupOptions

Modifies startup settings for VMs that are added to application groups and to jobs that are linked to SureBackup jobs.

New-VBRSureBackupTestScript

Defines recovery verification scripts for VMs.

Set-VBRSureBackupTestScript

Modifies settings of custom recovery verification scripts for VMs.

Add-VSBHvApplicationGroup

Creates a Hyper-V application group for SureBackup job.

The cmdlets from the following list are deprecated and are not compatible with the new SureBackup cmdlets. They will be obsolete in the next releases.
