Disable-VBRProtectionGroup

Disables automatic discovery for the protection group computers.

Disable-VBRProtectionGroup -ProtectionGroup <VBRProtectionGroup[]> [-WhatIf] [-Confirm]  [<CommonParameters>]

Detailed Description

This cmdlet disables automatic discovery for the computers of selected protection groups.

To enable automatic discovery, run Enable-VBRProtectionGroup.

Example

This example shows how to disable automatic discovery for the computers of a protection group.

You will need to perform the following steps:

  1. Run Get-VBRProtectionGroup to get the protection group. Save the result to the $group variable.
  2. Run Disable-VBRProtectionGroup with the $group variable.

$group = Get-VBRProtectionGroup -Name "East Computers"

Disable-VBRProtectionGroup -ProtectionGroup $group
