Detailed Description
This cmdlet disables the Seal mode for the archive extent of the scale-out backup repository.
Run the Enable-VBRArchiveExtentSealedMode cmdlet to enable the Seal mode.

Perform the following steps:
- Run the Get-VBRBackupRepository cmdlet. Provide the ScaleOut parameter. Save the result to the $repository variable.
- Run the Get-VBRCapacityExtent cmdlet. Save the result to the $extent variable.
