Detailed Description

This cmdlet returns Dell EMC VNX volumes added to the backup infrastructure.

Get-VNXVolume Tip:

Run Get-VNXInfrastructureVolume to get an array of volumes from Dell EMC VNX storage systems.

Parameters

Name	Specifies an array of volume names. The cmdlet will return volumes with these names.	False	Named	False	True
Host	Specifies an array of storage systems. The cmdlet will return volumes of these storage systems.	False	Named	False	False

Example

This example shows how to get a Dell EMC VNX volume added to the backup infrastructure.

Run Get-VNXHost to get the storage system. Save the result to the $storage variable.
Run Get-VNXVolume with the $storage variable.

$storage = Get-VNXHost -Name "VNX Storage"

Get-VNXVolume -Name "VOLUME1" -Host $storage
