Integration with Veeam ONE

As a Managed Service Provider (MSP), you can integrate Veeam ONE servers with Veeam Service Provider Console. Integration offers the following capabilities:

• Alarms data collection

You can enable alarms data collection to synchronize alarms between Veeam ONE and Veeam Service Provider Console and manage alarms triggered on client and hosted Veeam ONE servers in the Veeam Service Provider Console web portal.

• License management

You can install, delete and update Veeam ONE licenses through the Veeam Service Provider Console web portal and consolidate information on licenses consumed by client and hosted Veeam ONE servers in license usage reports.

• Consolidated monitoring

You can monitor client company workloads in Veeam ONE Client and configure reports in Veeam ONE Web Client. For details, see Veeam ONE Documentation.

In Veeam Service Provider Console, you can view the antivirus scan results for restore points on backup servers monitored by integrated Veeam ONE servers.

You can integrate Veeam ONE servers with Veeam Service Provider Console in the following scenarios:

• In the hosted scenario, you can monitor the client company workloads store in your infrastructure by connecting it to a Veeam ONE server located in your infrastructure.

This scenario is recommended when the client company does not have a Veeam ONE server deployed in their infrastructure, and wants to use the Veeam ONE resources of the service provider to monitor their workloads deployed in the service provider infrastructure. • In the client scenario, you can manage Veeam ONE servers located in the client infrastructure.

This scenario is recommended when the client company has a Veeam ONE server deployed in their infrastructure, but wants the service provider to monitor their virtual and backup infrastructures. For details, see section Integration with Veeam ONE in Client Environments.
