Adding Objects
To be able to view and restore archived records, you must first add to Veeam Data Cloud Salesforce Extension a Salesforce object that contains these records. By default, the most commonly archived objects (Case and Task) are added automatically during product installation.
To add a new object, do the following:
- Switch to the Page Layouts tab.
- Click the Add icon in the Objects section to expand the list of all available Salesforce objects. Then, select the necessary object and click the Create icon.
- Repeat step 2 for each object whose records you want to be shown to users.
