Getting Technical Support
If you have any questions or issues with Veeam Data Cloud Salesforce Extension, you can submit a support case in the Veeam Customer Support Portal.
- Version information for the product, the Salesforce edition, the type and ID of your Salesforce organization (production or sandbox).
- The error message and an accurate description of the problem you are facing.
- The error text from the Archive Viewer Logs object related to observed issue.
Viewing Logs
Administrators assigned the VBSF Package Administrator permission set can access the Archive Viewer Logs object to view logs. Logs are created in following cases:
- For each restore operation.
- For each failed request to view archived data.
Each log includes:
- Record field description
- The source endpoint of the request
- JSON full request payload
- Code HTTP status (for example, 200, 401, 500)
- Message API response message (if any)
- JSON returned response payload
- Information about retrieved records and failed requests.
