Restoring Archived Records

Important

Before you start restoring an archived root record of an object, check the following prerequisites for this record to be displayed on the Archived Records page:

To restore a root record:

  1. Navigate to the object whose archived records you want to restore.
  2. On the object page, click Archived Records.
  3. Do one of the following:
  • If you plan to restore one record, click the necessary record and then click Restore in the Record window.
  • If you plan to restore multiple records, select the necessary records and click Restore.

As soon as the restore operation completes, Veeam Data Cloud Salesforce Extension will display the restored record in the Recently Restored section.
