Viewing Archived Data
After a Salesforce Administrator registers Veeam Data Cloud Salesforce Extension in Veeam Data Cloud for Salesforce, adds the necessary objects and configures layouts for these objects, Veeam Data Cloud Salesforce Extension displays archived data of the added objects on the Archived Records page. However, users will not be able to access this page unless they customize the Archived Records button or the Archived Records tab (or both).

For a user to be able to view archived data, they must be assigned the VBSF Archive Viewer User permission set in Salesforce as described in section Assigning Permissions. |
To view archived data, do either of the following:
- To view all archive records of an object, navigate to the object list view and click Archived Records.
For an object to be displayed in the list of available objects, it must be added to the Page Layouts page as described in section Adding Objects.
- To view all archived child records of an object, navigate to the parent object, click the object name and switch to the Archived Records tab.
For a child object to be displayed in the list of available objects, its parent object must be added to the Page Layouts page as described in section Adding Objects, and the Related List View layout must be linked to this parent object as described in section Configuring Layouts.
