To export data as of the latest available state, do the following:
- In the navigation pane, select a database.
- On the Home tab, select Exports Database Files > Export latest state to Desktop\<db_name> or right-click a database and select Exports Database Files > Export latest state to Desktop\<db_name>.
- Wait until the export is complete.
