Step 6. Specify AWS IP Settings

At the IP Assignment step of the wizard, select a type of the IP address that you want assign to the Veeam Backup for AWS appliance:

• If you want to assign a dynamic IP to the Veeam Backup for AWS appliance, select Dynamic IP address.
• If you want to assign an Elastic IP to the Veeam Backup for AWS appliance, select Static IP address (elastic IP). You can either select an existing Elastic IP address from the drop-down list, or create a new Elastic IP. To create a new Elastic IP, select (create new).
