Deploying Standard Backup Repositories

For more information on a standard backup repository, see Adding Blob Storage Backup Repositories.

To deploy a new standard backup repository, do the following:

1. Launch the Add External Repository wizard.
2. Specify a Veeam Backup for Microsoft Azure appliance.
3. Specify Azure account settings.
4. Select a blob container.
5. Configure encryption.
6. Wait for the repository to be added to the infrastructure.
7. Finish working with the wizard.
