Synchronizing Categorization Data with Tags

In addition to collecting virtual infrastructure inventory details and object properties, Veeam ONE collects tag data from vCenter Server. In particular, Veeam ONE collects tag categories available on the vCenter Server side, and tags assigned to clusters, hosts, VMs and datastores.

If you have vCenter Server tags assigned to virtual infrastructure objects, you can:

• Import tags to Veeam ONE Business View to perform initial categorization of virtual infrastructure objects
• Synchronize Veeam ONE Business View groups with tag data
