Folders to Exclude

By default, Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 will back up all folders from users' mailboxes. However, on the Folders tab, you can select which mailbox folders should be excluded from processing - this can be, for example, Junk E-Mail. These folders' data will not be stored in the repository.

When finished, click Apply and close the dialog.

Important!

  • All these settings are global, that is, they will be applied to all jobs throughout the organization (or organizations) added to the scope, not only to one job.
  • If you need to modify initially configured options later, consider that you should first disable all existing jobs shown in the console. Otherwise - if any of the jobs is in the Enabled state - options will not be available for modification. To learn how to disable a job, see the corresponding section of this guide.
