Encryption Settings

To specify encryption settings for the file backup job:

1. At the Tenant step of the wizard, click Advanced.
2. On the Encryption tab, select the Enable backup data encryption check box to encrypt the backups.
3. From the Password drop-down list, select a password that you want to use for encryption. If you do not specify the password, Veeam Backup & Replication does not encrypt data in backups.
