With Veeam Backup for Nutanix AHV, you can perform the following data protection tasks:

Since version 2.0, protection operations can be performed in two different consoles:

In the AHV Backup Proxy web console, you can create backups and snapshots of AHV VMs.
In the Veeam Backup & Replication console, you can create VeeamZIP backups and copy backups to secondary location or to tape devices.
