Step 7. Specify Access Credentials

[This step applies only if you have not skipped the Deploy VAO Agent step]

At the Remote Access Credentials step, in the User name and Password fields, specify credentials of the user account for connecting to the Veeam Backup & Replication server. The user name should be specified in the DOMAIN\USERNAME format. For more information on the required account permissions, see Required Permissions.

The provided credentials will be also used to run the Veeam Orchestrator Agent on the Veeam Backup & Replication server. If you do not want to use these credentials, clear the Use same account to run the Veeam Orchestrator Agent services check box.
