Step 5. Choose Backup Mode

At the Backup Mode step of the wizard, select the mode in which you want to create a backup:

• All users data — select this option if you want to create a backup of the /Users/directory folder that contains the Home folders of all users. With this option selected, you will pass to the Destination step of the wizard.

If you want to include in the backup data residing on an external USB drive, select the Include external USB drives check box. The USB drive must be mounted to a location within the Users folder. With this option selected, Veeam backup agent will include in the backup all supported external drives that are connected to the managed computer at the time when the backup job starts. For details, see section Backup of External Drives of the Veeam Agent for Mac User Guide.

• Selected files and folders — select this option if you want to create a backup of individual folders on your computer. With this option selected, you will pass to the Files step of the wizard.
