To allow Veeam Service Provider Console to obtain license usage data from Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, you must enable the integration feature. Note that after you enable Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 integration, license usage data will appear in the license usage report for the next reporting period, starting from the first day of month.

If Veeam Service Provider Console management agent is installed on a computer on which client or hosted Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 server is deployed, the License Usage Reporting integration feature will be enabled automatically. |
To enable integration features:
- Log in to Veeam Service Provider Console.
For details, see Accessing Veeam Service Provider Console.
- At the top right corner of the Veeam Service Provider Console window, click Configuration.
- In the configuration menu on the left, click Plugin Library.
- Click the Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 plugin tile.
- In the Integration Features section, set toggles next to the necessary integration features to On.

Disabling Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 Integration
If you want to hide the Companies tab from the menu on the left, you can disable the Company Mapping integration feature. Note that already collected license usage data will not be removed from license usage reports and configured company mapping will not be removed. If you no longer want to include Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 organizations license usage in Veeam Service Provider Console companies license usage, you must remove company mapping. If you want to disable the License Usage Reporting integration feature, you must remove Veeam Service Provider Console management agents from Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 servers. For details, see Removing Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 Servers.
To disable integration features:
- Log in to Veeam Service Provider Console.

- At the top right corner of the Veeam Service Provider Console window, click Configuration.
- In the configuration menu on the left, click Plugin Library.
- Click the Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 plugin tile.
- In the Integration Features section, set toggles next to the necessary integration features to Off.
