You can view information about the license on the License Info tab.
To view information about the license, do the following:
- In the System Menu, click Configuration.
- In the inventory pane, in the Server Settings section, select Licensing.
- Open the License Info tab and review information about the license.
The following table lists fields for Free and BYOL licenses.
Fields | Description | Misc. |
Status | Shows the current state of the license. | This field is available for both the Free and the BYOL license types. |
Expiration Date | Shows the expiration date of the license. Once the license is expired, Veeam Backup for Microsoft Azure applies a grace period. For more information, see BYOL License. | These fields are only available for a BYOL license. |
Licensed to | Shows the name of the organization to which the license was issued. | |
Support ID | Shows a unique identification number. This number allows you to open a support case in Veeam Support. | |
Type | Shows the type of the license. | These fields are available for both the Free and the BYOL license types. |
Instances | Shows the number of instances (backed-up Microsoft Azure VMs) that consume the license. |
