The Kaseya plug-in for Veeam Backup & Replication was discontinued in 2019 and is no longer available nor supported by Veeam.

Step 2. Upgrade Veeam Backup Add-on

Upgrade the Veeam Backup Add-on on the Kaseya server:

Log on to the Kaseya server with an account having Local Administrator privileges.
Run the Veeam_B&R_Kaseya.exe installer to start the Veeam Backup & Replication Add-on for Kaseya setup wizard.
Follow the steps of the installation wizard. At the last step, click Install to start the upgrade process.
After the Veeam Backup Add-on is upgraded, log off the Kaseya console and log on again.
