Upgrading Appliances

To upgrade an appliance to the latest version of Veeam Backup for Google Cloud that is compatible with the current version of Google Cloud Plug-in for Veeam Backup & Replication, do the following:

1. Open the Backup Infrastructure view.
2. In the inventory pane, select Managed Servers.
3. In the working area, select the Veeam Backup for Google Cloud appliance that you want to upgrade, and click Upgrade appliance on the ribbon. Alternatively, right-click the appliance and select Upgrade.

Alternatively, you can edit appliance settings. At the Credentials step of the wizard, Veeam Backup & Replication will require you to confirm the appliance upgrade. For more information, see Editing Appliance Settings.
