To upgrade an appliance to the latest version of Veeam Backup for Google Cloud that is compatible with the current version of Google Cloud Plug-in for Veeam Backup & Replication, do the following:
- Open the Backup Infrastructure view.
- In the inventory pane, select Managed Servers.
- In the working area, select the Veeam Backup for Google Cloud appliance that you want to upgrade, and click Upgrade appliance on the ribbon. Alternatively, right-click the appliance and select Upgrade.
Alternatively, you can edit appliance settings. At the Credentials step of the wizard, Veeam Backup & Replication will require you to confirm the appliance upgrade. For more information, see Editing Appliance Settings.
