Changing Administrator Contact
When you are registering in Veeam Data Cloud, you select a partner contact with Microsoft 365 email address. You will use the email address of the contact when you first log in to the Veeam Data Cloud portal. For details, see Accessing Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365. If you select a contact that does not have a Microsoft 365 email address, you will not be able to log in to the Veeam Data Cloud portal.
If none of the partner contacts that are available in the registration form have a Microsoft 365 email address, open a support ticket on the My Account portal. The process differs depending on whether you request the change before or after your registration in Veeam Data Cloud.
Changing License Administrator Before Registration
You can request that the Veeam Customer Support team changes the email address of your license administrator before you submit the registration form. Once the support team makes the change, you can proceed to the Veeam Data Cloud registration.
To change the email address, do the following:
- Log in to https://my.veeam.com.
- Select Support > Open a case.
- In the Choose case type section, select Licensing.
- From the Licensing issue drop-down list, select Change License Administrator.
- In the request details, specify a new Microsoft 365 email address for the license administrator.
- Complete and submit the request form.
Changing Veeam Data Cloud Administrator After Registration
You can request that the Veeam Customer Support modifies your Veeam Data Cloud registration if you accidentally submitted the registration form with an email address that does not have a Microsoft 365 account. Once the support team makes the change, you will be able to log in to Veeam Data Cloud.
To request the change, do the following:

- In the request details, specify the account that you want to change and a new Microsoft 365 email address for the license administrator.
- Complete and submit the request form.
