This guide is for service providers who still use the legacy Service Provider Portal for Microsoft 365 until migration to the new Veeam Data Cloud portal is complete. Step 1. Launch Onboarding Wizard

To launch the Onboarding wizard, do the following steps:

Select Customers on the left.
Click the name of a pending customer in the list. Alternatively, in the Actions column, click the Onboarding button.
Select Onboard customer.
Click Start Onboarding.
