Step 1. Launch Onboarding Wizard

To launch the Onboarding wizard, do the following steps:

1. Select Customers on the left.
2. Click the name of a pending customer in the list. Alternatively, in the Actions column, click the Onboarding button.
3. Select Onboard customer.
4. Click Start Onboarding.
