Editing Account Details

You can view and edit information about your account.

Editing Display Name

The display name is used to identify your company in the Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 platform. For example, it is displayed on the Organizations page, where you can switch tenants. For details, see Switching to Customer Portal.

To edit the display name, do the following:

1. Select Settings on the left.
2. Make sure that the General section is selected.
3. In the Display Name field, specify the display name of the account.
4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Viewing ProPartner ID

The ProPartner ID is a Veeam unique identifier for the partner. You obtained your ProPartner ID when you registered in VCSP Pulse. For Details, see Registering in Veeam Data Cloud.

To view your ProPartner ID, do the following:

1. Select Settings on the left.
2. Make sure that the General section is selected.
3. Check the value of the Pro Partner ID field.
