VEXSmtpSettings

Contains Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Exchange SMTP settings. Note that Get-VEXSmtpSettingsReturns SMTP settings. In Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 7a and Veeam Backup & Replication 12.1, this cmdlet became deprecated. Use the Get-VEXMailSettings cmdlet to get email settings., the cmdlet used to get this object, is deprecated.

DNS name or IP address of the SMTP server for sending restored mailbox items as email attachments.

From

String

Email address from which Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Exchange sends restored mailbox data.

UseAuthentication

Bool

If True, the SMTP server requires authentication. Otherwise, the connection is established to a SMTP server which does not enforce authentication.

User

String

User to connect to the SMTP server.

UseSSL

Bool

If True, a secure connection is required for sending emails. Otherwise, email messages are sent through a connection that does not require TLS authentication.
