Connecting VMware vSphere Servers

To collect data about VMware vSphere infrastructure objects, you need to configure connections to VMware vSphere servers in Veeam ONE Monitor. You can connect the following types of servers:

• vCenter Servers
• Standalone ESX(i) hosts

To configure a connection to a VMware vSphere server, take the following steps.

1. Launch the Add Server wizard.
2. Choose server type.
3. Specify server name and role.
4. Specify credentials.
5. Review connection settings.
