At the Service Account Credentials step of the wizard, enter credentials of the account under which the Veeam ONE services will run.
The account must be a member of the Local Administrators group and have System Administrator rights on the SQL Server where the Veeam ONE database will reside. The user name should be specified in the DOMAIN\USERNAME format.
