Veeam ONE can be licensed in two ways:
- Per-socket: Veeam ONE can be licensed by the number of CPU sockets on monitored VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V hosts. A license is required for every occupied motherboard socket as reported by the hypervisor API.
- Per-VM: Veeam ONE can be licensed by the number of monitored VMs.
Veeam ONE license does not put any restrictions on the number of managed vCloud Director servers and Veeam Backup & Replication servers.
