Before you start EBS volume restore, check prerequisites. Then use the Volume Restore wizard to restore EBS volumes.
- Launch the Volume Restore wizard.
- Select a restore point.
- Exclude EBS volumes from restore.
- Specify IAM identity for restore.
- Select a restore mode.
- Select an AWS region and Availability Zone.
- Specify encryption settings for EBS volumes.
- Change EBS volume name.
- Specify a restore reason.
- Review restore settings.
