Exporting Logs

To export logs of AHV Backup Proxy server, you can use Veeam Backup & Replication or AHV Backup Proxy. To learn how to export logs, see the following subsections:

Exporting Logs in AHV Backup Proxy Console

Exporting log files is useful when you submit a support ticket. It is recommended that you send all log files when submitting a support ticket to ensure that comprehensive information is provided to Veeam Support Team. You can export:

To export logs, do the following.

  1. At the top-right corner of main menu, click the gear icon and select Appliance Settings.
  2. At the Summary tab of the Appliance Settings section, click Support Bundle.
  3. Select which logs you want to download.
  4. Click Download to save logs to internal storage of your machine.

Exporting Logs in Veeam Backup & Replications Console
