Viewing and Exporting Logs

For deeper analysis (for example at the request of Veeam Customer Support) it may be necessary to view or export Veeam log files.

To produce a .zip file of diagnostic data from the VE Service and Collector(s), click the Help button and select Export Logs from the list. In the Export Logs window, select Collectors from which you want to gather log files and click Export. Exported diagnostic data is normally required by Veeam Customer Support.
