Editing Backup Proxy Servers

In this article

To edit backup proxy server settings, do the following:

Go to Backup Infrastructure > Backup Proxies.
In the preview pane, select a backup proxy server to edit.
On the Backup Proxy tab, click Edit Proxy or right-click a backup proxy server and select Edit.

Consider the following:

Editing the host server is prohibited.
The Edit command is unavailable if a backup proxy server needs to be upgraded, as described in Upgrading Backup Proxy Servers.
