Definite Article
The definite article is used before a singular or plural noun when the noun is specific. The definite article can also be used with uncountable nouns.
Use the in the following cases:
- With something already mentioned.
- When you define a specific object.
- With ordinal numbers and superlatives.
- For nouns with qualification.
