Syntax
This cmdlet provides parameter sets that allow you to:
- Add a SMB3 host using the account user name and password.
Add-VBRSmbV3Host -Name <String> -User <String> -Password <String> [-Description <String>] [<CommonParameters>] |
- Add a SMB3 host using credentials managed by Veeam Backup & Replication.
Add-VBRSmbV3Host -Name <String> [-Description <String>] -Credentials <CCredentials> [<CommonParameters>] |
Detailed Description
This cmdlet adds an SMB3 host to the backup infrastructure.
If an SMB3 host is part of a cluster, add the SMB3 cluster instead of standalone SMB3 host.
Run the Add-VBRSmbV3Cluster cmdlet to add an SMB3 cluster.
