This cmdlet retries the copy operation for failed workloads.

Retrying Copy Operation

This example shows how to retry the copy operation for failed workloads.

$backup = Get-VBRBackup

$session = Copy-VBRBackup -Backup $backup

Retry-VBRCopyBackupSession -Session $session

Perform the following steps:

  1. Run the Get-VBRBackup cmdlet. Save the result to the $backup variable.
  2. Run the Copy-VBRBackup cmdlet. Set the $backup variable as the Backup parameter value. Save the result to the $session variable.
  3. Run the Retry-VBRCopyBackupSession cmdlet. Set the $session variable as the Session parameter value.
