Returns Dell EMC VNX storage volumes.

Get-VNXVolume [-Name <string[]>] [-Host <CVnxHost[]>]  [<CommonParameters>]

Detailed Description

This cmdlet returns Dell EMC VNX storage volumes.

You can get the list of all storage volumes, look for a specific volume name or volumes created on a selected host.

Example

This example shows how to get the Dell EMC VNX storage volume.

You will need to perform the following steps:

  1. Run Get-VNXHost to get the storage. Save the result to the $storage variable.
  2. Run Get-VNXVolume with the $storage variable.

PS C:\PS> $storage = Get-VNXHost -Name "VNX Storage"

PS C:\PS> Get-VNXVolume -Name "VOLUME1" -Host $storage
