You cannot remove default steps provided by Veeam. This option is available for custom steps only. |
Unless a step is ENABLED for a VAO site, it will not be visible for use in failover plans for the site. By default, all steps are enabled for VAO sites.
To enable and disable plan steps for a VAO site:
- Log in to the VAO UI in the DR site as a DR Site Administrator. For details, see Accessing VAO UI.
- Switch to the Configuration tab.
- Navigate to Plan Components > Plan Steps.
- Select the VAO site.
- In the Steps column, select and clear check boxes next to the necessary steps.
After you enable plan steps for the VAO site, you become able to run these steps during execution of failover plans for the site. For more information on creating and editing failover plans, see Working with Failover Plans.
