Configuring Integration with Veeam Servers

To configure integration with Veeam servers, use the built-in guided setup:

Log in to your ServiceNow instance as a ServiceNow Administrator.
Click All > Veeam > Configuration > Guided Setup.
Complete the following steps:

Configure a MID Server.
Configure your Veeam Backup & Replication server or multiple Veeam Backup & Replication servers if required. All connections you add will be displayed in the Veeam > Configuration > VBR Connections section.
Upload initial data from Veeam Backup & Replication servers.

Note

Consider the following:

For better performance, it is recommended to use a Windows-based MID Server with PowerShell Remoting enabled.
To avoid ECC queue timeouts on the MID Server, increase the default response timeout. For more information, see these ServiceNow recommendations.
If you delete a Veeam Backup & Replication server connection, all data collected from this server will be also deleted from the app.
