Upgrading App

If you upgrade the app from the version 1, consider the following:

• If you use Veeam Backup & Replication 13.0.1 P2 (build 13.0.1.2067) and later, the ServiceNow IntegrationHub Professional Pack Installer plug-in will be not required anymore after upgrade.
• If you use Veeam Backup & Replication version earlier than 13.0.1 P2 (build 13.0.1.2067) and the app fails to create a credential alias for PowerShell, add the alias for the required credentials manually. To do this, perform the following steps:
  1. Create the alias record with the Credential type in the Connection & Credential Aliases table.
  2. Assign the alias to the required credentials.
