Consider the following:
Veeam App for ServiceNow allows you to manage only VMware vSphere and unstructured data objects added to your backup infrastructure.
Veeam Backup & Replication 13.0 (build 13.0.0.4967) and later deployed through Linux-based Veeam Software Appliance is partially supported by Veeam App for ServiceNow. You can manage only backup data collected through the Veeam REST API.
