Installing App

Before you install Veeam App for ServiceNow, do the following:

• Request the app from the ServiceNow Store to display it in the Application Manager. For more information, see this ServiceNow article.
• Activate the ServiceNow IntegrationHub Professional Pack Installer plug-in for your ServiceNow instance. For more information, see this ServiceNow article.
• If you use a Windows-based Veeam Backup & Replication server, enable PowerShell Remoting to manage unstructured data backups.

To install the app from the Application Manager, perform the following steps:

1. Log in to your ServiceNow instance as a ServiceNow Administrator.
2. In the ServiceNow bar, click Admin > Application Manager.
3. Search veeam and select the application.
4. Click Install.
5. To complete the installation, configure integration with Veeam servers. For more information, see Configuring Integration with Veeam Servers.
