Installing App

Before you install Veeam App for ServiceNow, check requirements.

To install the app, perform the following steps:

1. Request the app from the ServiceNow Store to display it in the Application Manager. For more information, see this ServiceNow article.
2. Log in to your ServiceNow instance as a ServiceNow Administrator.
3. In the ServiceNow bar, click Admin > Application Manager.
4. Search Veeam App for ServiceNow.
5. Select the application and click Install.

After you install the app, configure the integration with Veeam servers and user access to app resources. For more information, see Configuring App.
