Viewing Inventory
In addition to the data related to virtual machine backup management, Veeam App for ServiceNow collects the following reference information about backup infrastructure components from your Veeam Backup & Replication servers:
- Virtual machines
- Backup repositories
- Backup proxies
- Backup objects and task sessions within these objects
You can view this information in the All > Veeam > Inventory section. ServiceNow Administrators can also view app tables with collected data in the All > System Applications > ServiceNow Studio > Veeam App section.

The data is collected only from VMware virtualization servers and automatically updated every hour using REST API requests. To get the latest data manually, click Collect Data in the All > Veeam > Virtual Machines > Jobs section. |
