Adding Credentials

To add new credentials in Veeam App for ServiceNow, perform the following steps:

1. Click All > Veeam > Unstructured Data > Data Source Credentials.
2. Click New.
3. In the Data Source Template field, select a template that will be used with these credentials.
4. Specify credentials to access the data source. Add a description for the password if required.
5. In the Type field, select the account type:
   • Standard — a standard account. For more information, see the Standard Accounts section in the Veeam Backup & Replication User Guide.
   • Linux — SSH credentials to connect to a Linux server or a Linux-based virtual machine. For more information, see the SSH Credentials section in the Veeam Backup & Replication User Guide.
6. To allow a specific user group to use this credentials, unlock the User Groups field and select a user group from the list.
7. Click Submit.
