Backup and Replication Job Status
The report evaluates the status of backup and replication jobs performed within the specified period.
Description
The Backup and Replication Job Status report provides information on jobs performed within the selected time range. The report reveals whether the latest job sessions ended up with errors and warnings or completed successfully.

To run the Backup and Replication Job Status report, you must have Veeam Management Pack for Microsoft System Center installed. |
Parameters
Date/time Selection: defines a time period to analyze in the report.
Scope: defines a list of Veeam Backup & Replication servers that will be analyzed in the report (by default, the Veeam Backup Server Group is selected). The Add Group option returns a Group and all objects that the group contains. The Add Object option returns only the selected object.
Sample Usage
Report on all backup and replication jobs performed across the selected backup server during this week.
Instructions
- Open the Backup and Replication Job Status report.
- From the From list, select This Week > Monday. From the To list, select This Week > Friday.
- In the Scope section, select the Veeam Backup Server Group and click Remove. Then select the backup server to include in the report.
Click Add Group. In the Add Group window, click Options. In the Options window, click Add. In the Class Name search box, enter backup server and click Search. Select the Veeam Backup Server class in the list of search results, click Add and click OK. In the Options windows, click OK to apply the filter. In the Add Group window, click Search. The search will return a list of objects that belong to the Veeam Backup Server class. Select the server, click Add and click OK.
- Click Run to view the report.
Report Output
The Summary doughnut chart will show results of the latest sessions for jobs:
- Total number of jobs that completed with the 'Success' status
- Total number of jobs that ended up with the 'Warning' status
- Total number of jobs that ended up with the 'Failed' status
The details table will display a list of performed backup and replication jobs, and provide the following information:

Job | Name of the job. |
Avg. duration (minutes) | Average duration of the job sessions run during the reporting period. |
Transferred (GB) | Total amount of data (in GB) transferred to target during the job sessions. |
Session statistics | |
Success | Number of job sessions that completed successfully during the reporting period. |
Warning | Number of job sessions that ended up with warnings during the reporting period. |
Failed | Number of job sessions that failed during the reporting period. |
Last run | Date of the last job session. |
Last status | The result of the last job session (Success, Failed or Warning). |
For all failed job sessions, the Failed backup tasks table will display a list of failed attempts to process VMs. The details of a failed task will include the following information: the date and time of the failed attempt and the VM that has been processed.
